In advance: to avoid possible cancellation costs, we recommend that you conclude a travel cancellation insurance policy with "Europäische Reiseversicherung".
Our reception team will be happy to do this for you.
- For 1-2 nights stay you can cancel free of charge up to 48h before arrival date. Within 48h we charge 90% of the booking value.
- For 3-5 nights stay you can cancel free of charge up to 7 days before arrival date. Within 7 days we charge 90% of the booking value.
- For 6-14 nights stay you can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival date. Within 14 days we charge 60% of the booking value.
- From 15 nights you can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival date. Within 30 days we charge 30% of the booking value.
Insurance coverage at Covid-19 -
at the Hotel Goldenes Schiff in Bad Ischl
In the Hotelstorno Plus and Premium the following reasons are covered in case of cancellation or travel interruption:
- Illness from COVID-19
- Illness with COVID-19 of a close relative or a person living in the same household; your presence is urgently needed at home
- you are quarantined as a contact person to a COVID19-positive person by means of an official segregation order in accordance with the current legal provisions
No insurance coverage is available:
- if you do not wish to commence your stay because you wish to avoid quarantine at your place of origin on your return journey or on arrival in the destination area,
- if you do not wish to commence your stay because you are worried about an infection due to the increasing number of cases at your holiday destination,
- if the hotel cannot provide its services because the business has been closed by the authorities or the hotel is located in an area for which a travel warning or lockdown has been issued.
