Dachstein West - reachable within 30 minutes - this is a ski region which will inspire you.

It may be the quietest time of year, but in the Salzkammergut tradition has always been very important.
Beautiful and traditional markets can be found everywhere in the region.
The Wolfgangsee Advent or Bad Ischl with it's christmas markets - both offer a cultural program for everyone.
